In the beginning, there was 079—the first mobile area code for Switzerland. The number that set everything in motion back then. Today, these digits are a part of Swiss identity. And now, we’re bringing these iconic numbers back with a fashion brand that’s set to move everyone once again.
Since the fall of 2023, 079 has been the answer to the question of how contemporary Swiss fashion can be. A think tank by Swisscom, where creatives come from Switzerland and various areas of pop culture, yet are connected globally—the 079 People. Once again, 079 is about making connections, just like it did back then.
Connection meets Collection. Fashion connects people. Every T-shirt can communicate. Inspiration knows no boundaries. And most importantly: everything is in motion. In the mind and on the move. Outdoors and indoors. Urban or outdoor. The 079 pieces are made for exactly that. It’s universal fashion. Conceived in Switzerland, made for a world of tomorrow. Small editions, big statements.
The 079 philosophy also connects things that seem far apart at first glance: Swiss heritage and avant-garde, for example. High-tech fabrics and classic tailoring. Street and function. Humor and wow.
From now until May 2024, 079 will launch individual, limited drops on winter, football, and a capsule collection on Swiss tradition. In June, we will present the first collection for Fall/Winter 2024.
