Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days. Please send us an e-mail to info@079.ch to receive a return label and the return slip. As soon as the return request has been opened, please send the items back to us immediately.

For the return to be accepted, the items must be in the following condition:

• unworn
• unused
• unchanged
• unwashed
• undamaged

No missing accessories such as belts, straps, laces or logo pendants.
Intact original labels, garment bags and/or product packaging.

Please use the original packaging or equally secure outer packaging to ship the returns.

Exchange process

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a model or size of an item, please request a refund and then order the desired item(s).

Refunds

As soon as we have checked your order for completeness and condition, we will issue a refund. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.
